JAUNPUR (UP), Jan 18: The wedding date of International cricket player Rinku Singh and Samajwadi Party (SP) MP Priya Saroj will be fixed after the upcoming T20 and IPL matches.
MLA and former MP Toofani Saroj from Kerakat assembly constituency of Jaunpur district in Uttar Pradesh said that both families have reached a consensus regarding the wedding of Rinku Singh with SP MP Priya Saroj from Machhlishahr seat.
A meeting was held between the two families on Thursday in which both the families agreed that when Priya and Rinku like each other for a year, then this relationship should be confirmed.
Priya Saroj’s father Toofani Saroj while talking to journalists at Sirkoni toll plaza on Jaunpur-Varanasi highway said that only discussions have taken place, engagement has not happened. He said that only talks have taken place with Rinku Singh’s father for the wedding.
MLA Toofani Saroj said that Priya and Rinku had been in talks for the past year and both like each other. “On Thursday I had my first meeting with Rinku’s father to get them married, the meeting was fruitful,” he said.
He said that there are T-20 and IPL matches in which Rinku will play and meanwhile the Parliament session will go on from January 13 to February 13 in which Priya Saroj will be busy. After that, the date of engagement and marriage will be finalized. Toofani Saroj said that Rinku’s family is very nice.
