MRVWA highlights grievances

JAMMU, Mar 2: Mohalla Ram Vihar Welfare Association (MRVWA), Old Janipur today alleged that the people of the area have been facing various problems due to damaged roads, lanes and drains.
The Association said there is an urgent need of repairing lanes and drains and blacktopping roads besides installation of street lights.
The Association also demanded that the park of Old Janipur be handed over to Floriculture Department and two gardeners and one chowkidar be engaged there. Besides, there should be provision of an amusement park, a library, a Coffee House, a water cooler and a dustbin.
It was urged to the higher authorities of concerned departments to intervene personally and fulfill the demands of the residents of the area.
