JAMMU: Chief Minister, Mufti Mohammad Sayeed, Thursday, extended greetings to the people on Christmas and hoped that the holy occasion would be a harbinger of peace, harmony, progress and prosperity for the state.
In his message, Mufti Sayeed said the essence of celebrating Holy Christmas lies in strengthening the values of compassion and love towards mankind. “Christmas marks the birth of Jesus Christ and rekindles the spirit of peace and harmony. Let us resolve to promote unity and lead a and lead a true and virtuous life,” he exhorted.
