JAMMU, July 24: Government has ordered removal of a Munsiff from the services with immediate effect.
According to the order issued by Department of Law, Justice and Parliamentary Affairs, on the basis of inquiry the Full Court of the High Court has come to the conclusion that Javed Ahmad Naik, Munsiff (under suspension) shall be removed from the services under Jammu and Kashmir Civil Services (Classification, Control and Appeal) Rules, 1956.
Accordingly, the Full Court made a recommendation to the Governor for imposition of penalty of removal from services on Javed Ahmad Naik. The Governor, after considering the recommendation of the High Court, has ordered removal of Javed Ahmad Naik from the services with immediate effect.
