JAMMU, Sept 16: Muttal Club, GDC Reasi and Kalika Club Reasi maintained dominance over rivals in their respective matches and entered into the next stage of the Open Invitational Kabaddi Championship, being organized by Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Shrine Board Katra in Sports Complex, Katra.
In the first match, Muttal Club defeated Bright Career Club, Kakrayal in one sided affair and the score remained 45-17, whereas in the second match, GDC Reasi registered win over Kalika Club Reasi and in the third match, Kalika Club Reasi trounced Sports Complex team.
The semifinal and other matches under junior category will be played tomorrow.
The matches were officiated by Kuldeep Sharma, Raj Kumar Gupta and Raj Kumar from Department of Youth Services and Sports.
The Championship is being organized under the supervision of Ajeet Kumar Sahu, Chief Executive Officer, SMVDSB, Katra.
