JAMMU, Aug 20: MV International School organized many events to encourage the students to show their talent in various activities.
Inter House Quiz Contest was organized for classes IX to XII with enthusiasm. It covered a range of topics including current affairs, famous personalities, events that have contributed to the growth of India.
Gurjeet and Pankaj of Einstein House bagged winner’s trophy with 110 points out of 150 followed by Himanshu and Amandeep of Edison House for second position. Classes VI to VIII had Inter House Badminton Championship.
The Principal of the School, K L Dogra lauded the efforts of the students Atish (VII-B) and Anjali (VIII-A) on the occasion. An Intersection English Paper Reading Competition was for students of Classes III to V.
The competition was aimed at inculcating reading habits among students and all participants’ astonished everyone with their performances.
For classes Ist and IInd Inter-Section Spell Bee Competition. The event was conducted under the supervision of teachers Pawanjeet Kour and Sunanda, their teachers.
