MVM Jammu hosts Regional Cultural Fest 2024

JAMMU, Aug 12: Maharishi Vidya Mandir (MVM) School Sainik Colony, Jammu, hosted the Regional Cultural Celebration 2024 for the North Region Kurukshetra. Kavinder Gupta, former Deputy Chief Minister was the chief guest on the occasion while the guests of honor were Arun Gupta, President of CCI Jammu, and Prof. R D Sharma. Special guests in attendance were Saransh Jain, Brijesh Singh, Arun Sharma, Secretary of BVP, and Reeta Sharma, former Principal of MVM Jammu.
Vishnu Govind Verma, Principal of MVM Jammu, extended a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and provided an overview of the event and its significance. Students from 12 MVM schools in the Northern Kurukshetra Region participated in 29 diverse events, showcasing their talents in areas such as patriotic songs, dance, vocal classical and semi-classical music, science and math exhibitions, chanting of Shrimad Bhagwad Geeta, recitation of Ramcharitmanas, and yogic exercises.
The performances were evaluated by a panel of esteemed judges, including Kamal Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Prof. Bharat Bhushan, Prof. H.C. Vaid, and Ashok Gupta.
