Jammu, Aug 5: Myra Vashisht won Under-14 singles title in the ongoing competitions underway at Lawn Tennis Courts at M A Stadium, here today.
The Jammu and Kashmir Lawn Tennis Association is organizing four days Under-14 and Under-16 competitions in both boys and girls categories at Lawn Tennis Courts.
As per results available, in the Under-14 girls singles final, Myra Vashisht defeated Yagyavee Kunjam by 7-6.
Meanwhile, in the Under-14 boys doubles semifinal, Madhvendra and Yajat pair defeated Aditya and Rudra by 6-4. In Under-14 singles, Aahan Bhat defeated Shivansh Koul by 6-2, Saksham Amla defeated Diptanshu Chopra by 6-1, Aditya Singh defeated Yajat Sharma by 6-2, Rudra Gupta defeated Aadvay Gupta by 6-3 and Madhvendra defeated Adarsh 6-1.
Meanwhile in the Under-14 girls doubles semifinal, Tanusha and Yamini pair defeated Ridhya and Pariyat duo by 6-3.
The competitions are being held under the banner of Jammu and Kashmir Lawn Tennis Association in collaboration with Jammu and Kashmir Sports Council.
