JAMMU, Feb 15: Nami Dogri Sanstha today organized a seminar on the subject “Nasha Bhagao Jammu Bachao”.
D C Raina, Senior Advocate and former Advocate General J&K, was the chief guest on the occasion while D K Khajuria, Advocate, J&K High Court, was the special guest. Prem Choudhary, chairman Indian Style of Wrestling Association J&K, was the special invitee while S S Anand Lehar, Senior Advocate, Supreme Court of India, presided over the function and Advocate Dogra Harish Kaila, president, Nami Dogri Sanstha also shared the dais.
Those who spoke in the seminar, included S Meharban Singh, Meet K Anand, Banish Qazmi, Himani Jamwal, Nidhi Kaila, president, Youth wing, NDS, Arjun Mohan, general secretary, NDS, Sanjeev Sharma, Sunil Sharma, Aditya Sharma, Amit Gupta, Sudershan Kumar, Sunil Khajuria, Monika Kohli, Deepak Atri, Sristhi Pal Mengi, Ramesh Rahi, Capt Lalit Sharma, Chand Deepika, Raj Kumari Sehgal and Deepmala.
D C Raina, while speaking on the occasion, emphasized that everyone should strive to save Jammu from the clutches of intoxicants.
D K Khajuria said that intoxicants if consumed various times disturb the whole families and families get scattered. So it is good to leave such habits which disturb and bring the life to an end, he added.
Prem Choudhary said that we should turn ours and others energy to the positivity and leave the worst habit of consuming intoxicants while S S Anand Lehar said that such seminars help in highlighting the need of the hour for bringing reform in the society and human behavior.
Harish Kaila said that Nami Dogri Sanstha is committed to promote culture and languages in all spheres.
