JAMMU, Aug 8: Continuing with their tour across Delhi and Rajasthan, the National Integration Tour of girl students from Doda reached Staff Selection Commission at Delhi, today.
The young girls of Doda were educated about various career avenues available in the prevalent competitive environment by Amitabh Bhattacharya, Director SSC.
The staff of SSC also educated the students about the nuances of preparing for such examinations and guided them about requisite study material available for the same.
The enthusiastic students clarified their doubts about various competitive examinations and contributed actively to the discussion which followed. Incidentally, SSC also launched its online web portal for online registration and recruitment, and the students were fortunate to have witnessed the same thereby gaining awareness about it.
The accompanying teaching staff of the school and the students were appreciative of the efforts of Delta Force and staff of SSC for giving them this unique opportunity to interact and share views at such a platform.
Radha Devi, a teacher accomanying the girl students from Doda commented that ‘such initiatives will definitely go a long way in shaping the future of young vibrant minds.
