JAMMU, Sept 28: Nav Yug Higher Secondary School Shiv Nagar Jammu organized Model Exhibition cum Competition in its School premises here today.
185 students drawn from Class 1st to Class 10th participated in the Competition and used waste material to make eco-friendly models of Family Tree, Huts, Igloo, Zoo, First Aid Box, Digestive, Circulatory and Respiratory System and Solar System etc.
The Competition was adjudicated by Anita Narang, Paritosh, Asha Tikoo, Seema Sharma and Deepak Kohli.
The prize winners from Class 1st included, Tanmay and Mriganka (1st), Chiranjeev (2nd) and Niharika (3rd), while from Class 2nd Kartavya, Nayan and Prince claimed first three positions respectively.
In Class 3rd, Martika Sharma bagged first place, Krishna and Manav got second place, while the third place went to Sanchit, while in Class 4th, Deepshikha got 1st prize, Karmanya second and Riya third.
Ritik Parihar bagged first prize in Class 5th, while second and third positions went to Meenakshi and Suneha respectively.
The first, second and third prize in Class 6th went to Maisha, Anandika and Radhika respectively, while Harshita got first prize in Class 7th and Predikta and Muskan claimed second and third spot respectively.
Meanwhile, in Class 10th Manu bagged first position, while Rajan and Divya claimed second and third position respectively.
The prizes were distributed among the winners by Principal of the School, Chander Kanta.
