Lauding the resilience and sense of commitment of the party workers, Yogi said time has come for further intensifying the mass outreach programme to carry forward the policies and programmes to the people. He said N C is the only visible face in all the three regions of Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh and it alone can steer out the State from the present morass. He, however, cautioned them against the machinations of divisive forces and hoped that unity will be maintained at all costs.
“N C represents glorious ethos of Jammu and Kashmir, as it does not discriminate among the people on the basis of region, religion or caste”, said Jatin Bhat while emphasizing that this spirit has to be maintained at all costs. He exuded confidence that under the leadership of Dr Farooq Abdullah and Omar Abdullah, the party will meet the expectations and aspirations of the people with fortitude.
Yogi said that grass roots level workers have a pivotal role in shaping up the party and making it vibrant as envisioned by Sher-e-Kashmir Sheikh Mohammad Abdullah, who all his life stood for ‘Hindu, Muslim, Sikh Itehad”.
Referring to condition of Kashmiri Pandits in various tenement colonies, Yogi said the facilities are required to be improved, as the previous government headed by Mehbooba Mufti ignored their urges and aspirations. He complimented the community for showing unprecedented resilience and braving various situations. He also lauded the inmates of Jagti for isolating certain vested interests who created a scene a few days ago on behest of their so called leader which was pre planned false ,baseless propaganda against NC State women president and Ex.MLA Habba Kadal, Shameema Firdous.
