NDA Govt proved failure, voters feeling deceived: Manohar

KATHUA, Aug 10: Former Minister  and senior Congress leader, Dr Manohar Lal Sharma has said that escalating hardships of public and lackadaisical attitude of Government towards the redressal of problems had proved that the State Coalition as well as Union Government had turned Nelson’s eye towards public and now the  people, who voted for BJP  are feeling deceived.
Addressing Block Congress Committee meeting in present of former MLC Subash Gupta at Finter in Billawar today, Dr Manohar Lal said that  people of the region are totally feeling dejected and deceived.  He alleged that BJP-PDP Government has proved as total failure on all fronts.
Dr  Sharma criticizing Union as well as State Government  and held them responsible for the hardships of people. He said that Government despite, mitigating the problems is trying to increase their hardships. He added that their party has been fighting for the cause of people and would carry on its efforts of fighting for the cause of common-people.
Subhash Gupta assured that Congress leadership is aware of the needs and desires of the public. He said Congress believes in moving ahead with the people of all religions, castes and groups. Gupta  further said that Narendra Modi and his party BJP carries no productive and secular vision to unite the country’s population which has a large diversity.
The Sarpanchs, Panchs and other BCC members  raised the issues pertaining to water scarcity, shortage of ration at Government depots, absence of electricity, pending cases of Social Welfare Department, Health facilities and damages caused due to recent rains. Dr Sharma assured to take up the same with concerned authorities.
Dr Narinder Vaid, Master Rashid, Kamal Khajuria, Shambu Dutt Sapolia, K D Modi, Qayoom Din, Raj Kumar Gupta, Indu Bhushan, Sham Lal Sapolia, Budhi Singh and many others were present on the occasion.
