JAMMU, Oct 19: In the lone match played today in ongoing T-20 Cricket Tourney being held at KC Public School, Jammu, New Challenger thrashed Megnum Cricket Club by a huge total of 122 runs.
Batting first, New Challenger scored a decent total of 202 runs in stipulated 20 overs. Ramdayal scored 105 runs in 52 balls with the help of 8 boundaries and 5 sixes. Somay Jain and Vijay Dogra also added 35 and 20 runs, respectively to the total.
In bowling for Megnum Club, Sahil and Vishu took 2 wickets each.
In reply, the whole team of Megnum Club collapsed only on 80 runs and thus lost the match by a huge margin of 122 runs. Rohan scored the highest 27 runs for Megnum Club. For New Challenger, Somay Jain picked 3 wickets while Parveen and Rohit took 2 wickets each.
Ramdayal of New Challenger was declared as man of the match for his brilliant century.
