Sir,
Refer to the article ‘New generation teachers’ published in this paper some days ago. As on the topic “new generation teachers” very good suggestions are given for new generation teachers, but still they forget the condition of new generation teachers.
No doubt those teachers who belong to urban areas are too some extent familiar with technology to be used for teaching, but what would you say about the teachers belonging to rural areas who don’t know how to ask a question to students, how to write a name, how to pronounce a word. It is the dire need to train these teachers regarding the need of students which is their proper guidance and counselling. The present child is confused what and how to work so the “new generation teachers” priority should focus on this aspect.
