JAMMU, Aug 1: Suresh Kumar Koul, Director Finance, Industries & Commerce Department, has been appointed as Inquiry Officer to probe the matter regarding fake appointments by then Director, Handicraft Kashmir.
The appointment has been made consequent upon the transfer of Tariq Ahmed Zargar, who was earlier appointed Inquiry Officer into the case.
Koul shall inquire into the fake appointment of three candidates to the post of AHTO, Divisional Cadre Kashmir, vice order number 380-HD of 2018, dated 26-04-2018, issued by the then Director, Handicraft Kashmir.
The Inquiry Officer shall submit the report with specific recommendations within a period of 45 days.
