REASI, Nov 6: Salal Power Station of NHPC Limited organized Volleyball Tournament and T-20 Cricket Tournament on the occasion of National Unity Day and NHPC Raising Day, today. Teams of NHPC, JKP, District Reasi, Kendriya Vidyalaya, Jyotipuram, CISF, Unit Salal and CRPF participated in the Tournaments.
Defeating the rivals with convincing margins, JKP Reasi and KV Reasi made it to T-20 Cricket finals.
In the final T-20 match played at Ramleela Ground, Jyotipuram , JKP defeated KV, Reasi by 4wicket, while the final match of Volleyball will be played tomorrow.
Speaking on the occasion, AG Ansari, General Manager, Salal Power Station said that sports develops a feeling of unity and brotherhood. He also appreciated the sportsman spirit shown by the players during the tournament.
