JAMMU, Dec 22: Lt Gen R R Nimbhorkar, GOC 16 Corps, called on Governor N N Vohra here at the Raj Bhavan today.
Lt Gen Nimbhorkar briefed the Governor about the situation along the LoC and the emerging security environment during the current winter.
The Governor discussed with the General several issues relating to more effective surveillance of the IB sector and further strengthening of the counter-infiltration grid. The Governor also spoke to Lt Gen Nimbhorkar about security concerns in the hinterland.
