This is to draw the attention of the Government towards following submission.
The previous Govt. had announced providing of employment to educated un-employed youth of J&K State on contractual basis both for Gazetted as well as Non- Gazetted posts but nothing came to visible. Here as a citizen as well as a social servant, I pose a question to the previous Govt. as to why contractual appointments? And why not permanent appointments? To my mind all the appointments must be made on permanent basis as there are apprehension, chances of favoritism and nepotism etc in case of contractual appointments. As such I suggest that all the posts in all the departments – PSU’s must be filled up on permanent basis amongst the deserving senior/ Eligible candidates through J&K PSC and SSRB.
The Govt. of India has sanction allotted funds for the SSA -(Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan) teachers and other working staff but it is very much strange and surprising that these teachers who are performing their duties and have not been paid their salaries for the past six months reportedly and as a consequence of it they are facing a lot of financial hardships for no fault of theirs and as such their due salaries may kindly be released and pay to them at an earliest date so that justice is paved to them. Besides the screening tests of already appointed ReT Teachers may kindly be abolished.
