KATHUA, Jan 3: Police today arrested a notorious smuggler along with 15 grams of smack from Hatli Morh worth over Rs 5 lakh in the international market.
As per police sources, police party from Hatli Morh police post laid a naka and intercepted a notorious smuggler, who has been identified as Rakesh Roshan, son of Ram Chand of Ward number 17, district Kathua.
During checking, police recovered 15 grams of smack from his possession worth over Rs 5 lakh in the international market.
The accused was wanted in various other cases registered with different police stations.
A case under Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances (NDPS) Act has been registered at Hatli Morh police post and investigation started.
