JAMMU, Sept 25: National Panthers Party (NPP) has renewed its demand regarding dissolution of State Assembly and impostion of Governor’s rule in the State.
The demand was made in the special conclave of NPP held here at Party Headquarters Gandhi Nagar today.
The Party supremo Prof. Bhim Singh in his inaugural speech welcomed the NPP activists from different parts of the State assuring that the party will fight for justice to all sections of the society who have remained deprived of their fundamental rights from Ladakh to Kathua and Poonch to Kishtwar. He informed NPP activists that the amendment in Article 370 empowering Parliament to legislate in respect of all subjects mentioned in the Union List is the only way out. He said one Flag and one Constitution from Kashmir to Kanyakumari is the only way out to restore peace in the country and integrate J&K with the rest of the country to end any whispering campaign by the hostile countries against India.
The special session also passed unanimous resolution to amend Article 370 without any delay so as to merge the State of Jammu and Kashmir with the Union of India which could not be done at the time of releasing the Constitution of India on January 26, 1950. It was also decided to constitute all district committees before October 25 this year.

Parshotam Parihar was appointed as State treasurer of JKNPP by State President Balwant Singh Mankotia.
