* Virdhy to represent J&K in course

JAMMU, July 1 : Jammu and Kashmir Police shooting coach Rajesh Virdhy is among 30 participants who are taking part in the second phase of `Train the Trainers Course` which began at New Delhi today.
National Rifle Association of India is organising this 5-day course to promote the game of shooting sport at grassroot level in the country.
The course aims at providing qualified trainers capable of handling a 10 m airgun and rifle range independently and impart quality training to young shooters in all the spheres.
The course covers topics such as safety rules and regulations, range standards, workshops on rifle, pistol and physical training, role of equipment and accessories, competition preparation, sports psychology and mental training, yoga and nutrition and role of the coach.
Meanwhile, the Jammu and Kashmir Rifle Association of India has expressed gratitude to Director General of Police K Rajendra for allow Rajesh Virdhy to take part in the said camp.
In order to promote shooting sports among youth of Jammu and Kashmir, his name was recommended for the said course by the working president of the JKRA who is also inspector General of Police Jammu Dilbag Singh.
