NSUI for adherence of one man one post norm in JU

JAMMU, May 7: Demanding strict adherence of one man one post norm in Jammu University, the National Students Union of India (NSUI) has threatened to launch an agitation if the ineligible officers occupying important positions are not removed within 24 hours.
Talking to media persons on the campus, here today, NSUI national delegate and JU student Choudhary Naseeb Ali alleged that some ineligible officers were occupying crucial positions in the university.
“On one hand unemployment is on peak and the educated youth are running from pillar to post for securing a job, some officers are holding more than one post, that too without required qualification,” he said.
The NSUI leader demanded immediate removal of such officers and said that if there were vacancies, then university authorities should fill up such posts by inviting applications from eligible persons.
Other who were present in the press conference, included Kamal Magotra (State general secretary, NSUI), Ajay Kumar, Nitin Bakshi (NSUI president for Jammu University), Pankaj Rajput, Manav Sharma and Gautam.
