Nurturing talent at tender age challenging: Rana

JAMMU, July 28: National Conference Provincial President and MLA Nagrota Devender Singh Rana today stressed the need for provision of the best quality education to the upcoming generations with special emphasis on the coverage of the children of weaker segments of society. “The government and the private sector engaged in imparting education have bounden duty and primary obligation to help secure educational future of students by providing them with maximum opportunities of gaining knowledge”, Mr Rana said while inaugurating third centre of Little Millennium, a leading pre-school chain in India, at Trikuta Nagar, here.
Mr Rana congratulated the entire team of Little Millennium and expressed deep appreciation of the niche it has carved as a leading pre-school and centre of creativity and learning, particularly in Jammu.
He said that nurturing the talent at a tender age is one of the most challenging as well as rewarding experience as these initial years lay the foundation of a holistic individual in the future. The Provincial President expressed the hope that the residents of the area, especially the working parents, will benefit by highly competent teachers for toddlers even as young as 1.5 years. He, however, also impressed upon the management and teachers that the responsibility entrusted on their shoulders was huge and they should come upto the expectations of the parents and the society. Mr Rana also felicitated the participants of Cute Baby Contest held online by Little Millennium and handed over the awards to winners.  Earlier, Akhila Magotra presented welcome address, while Magotra presented a brief resume’ of the operations of Little Millennium in Jammu.
This is the third centre by Little Millennium in Trikuta Nagar after Roopnagar and Gandhinagar branch. Little Millennium is nationally reputed pre-school chain from India’s largest education company Educomp (pioneers of Smart Class), having presence in more than  100 cities through 600 pre schools.  Vote of thanks was presented by Kokil Jain Learning Officer and Centre Head Little Millennium Trikuta Nagar.
