UDHAMPUR, Jan 17: One person was arrested today by Udhampur police with illicit liquor.
“Based on a reliable information, a police party of police station Udhampur led by Inspector Sanjeev Gupta under the supervision of Kameshwar Puri, Deputy SP Hqrs, Udhampur, arrested a man identified as Ram Kumar son of Badri Kumar of Sudhmahadev, Chenani and recovered 40 pouches of illict liquor from his possession.
In this connection, a case FIR No 31/2018 under Section 48(A) Excise Act stands registered at police station Udhampur and further investigation of the case is going on.
