RAJOURI, Dec 12: One person was killed while another seriously injured in a road accident in Sunderbani area today.
A police official said that Scorpio vehicle No. JK02BQ/6828 which was on way to Jammu from Rajouri was collided with a tree at Thandapani on the highway near Sunderbani. The driver and another , with serious injuries were rushed to SDH Sunderbani where one of them was declared as dead. The deceased was identified as Ashish Kumar, son of Manohar Lal from Dharhoon Prat in Rajouri.
The driver Gaurav, son of Ramesh Chander from Jammu was referred to GMC Hospital, Jammu.
The police has taken cognizance of the matter.
