SAMBA, Sept 11: One person died and another was seriously injured after the motor bike on which they were traveling was hit by Mahindera bearing number JK0AA6372 at Gudwal in Samba district today.
He has been identified as Raman Kumar, 29, S/O Sat Paul while the injured person has been identified as Surjeet Kumar, 30, S/O Surinder Kumar both residents of Mandlyal Ramgarh. The driver of Mahindra ahs been arrested by police which has registered a case under relevant sections of law against him.
The injured ahs been shifted to GMC Jammu for treatment where doctors his condition is stated to be critical.
