SAMBA, July 14: One person was injured in assault case when the three people attacked him at Palli area of Bari Brahmana in district Samba last night.
According to the police, today one Sanjay Manhas, son of Gandharav Singh resident of Ward No 3 Bari Brahmana came in Police Station and lodged a written complaint against Bunty, son of N.K Rao resident of Bassi, his brother and others, stating that he was going towards village Palli at last night and suddenly they attacked him.
He said in the attack he got injured, where some people brought him to nearby hospital Bari Brahmna for first aid so he could not lodge complain at that time.
In this regard a case FIR No 149/20 U/S 341/323/34 IPC has been registered against the accused.
