JAMMU, Nov 30: Bishnah Police today arrested a drug peddler with 4 grams of heroin.
“During a surprise naka established at Kotli Charkan Morh Bishnah, the Bishnah Police apprehended one person namely Sahil Kumar son of Sat Paul, resident of Village Kotli Charakan (Bishnah), who was travelling towards Bishnah from Miran Sahib on a bike bearing registration number JK02BR-5093,” Police sources said.
They said on personal search of the person, 4 grams of heroin was recovered from his possession and seized on spot while the accused was arrested. “In this connection, a case FIR Number 206/2022 U/S 8/21/22 /29 NDPS Act was registered in Police Station Bishnah and further investigation started,” sources added.
