Pak firing again in Poonch

JAMMU, Sept 25: Pakistan Army today again opened firing along the Line of Control (LoC) at forward area of Khari Karmara in Digwar sector and Bhimber Gali of Poonch district, violating ceasefire.
Reports said Pakistani troops started firing in Khari Karmara at 7 pm today with small arms and automatic weapons. Indian side replied the firing, leading to exchanges that continued for 45 minutes.
There were no casualties or damage on the Indian side in the firing, which ceased at 7.45 pm.
Pakistan Army also opened firing in Bhimber Gali sector at Poonch at 8.30 pm. Indian side retaliated. The firing stopped after some time.
The ceasefire violations by the Pakistan Army have been going on since first week of August.
Effective retaliation by the troops from this side silenced Pakistan guns opposite Khari Karmara sector.
