Pan India virtual JYC organised

JAMMU, Aug 23: The 2020 Chapter of Jodhamal Youth Conclave (JYC) conducted on virtual platform due to ongoing pandemic.
This year’s conference with the motto ‘Videre Bonos’ ‘See the Good’ aims to carry forward the legacy and espouse the greatest parliamentarians of the future.
About 250 delegates from 40 schools across the country including 11 from the J&K UT participated in the event. Legendary educationist, Pramod Kumar Sharma, former Principal Mayo College Ajmer and YPS Patiala was the chief guest, whereas Sheikh Eras alumni was the guest speaker of the opening ceremony and Nimisha Shukla, alumni and guest speaker declared the conference open.
There were total 27 awards including five Best Delegate Awards, eight High Commendation Awards and 14 Special Mention Awards. Delegates from different schools were awarded for the same and the Best Delegation Award was bagged by KC International School Jammu.
The closing ceremony was attended by Krishna Bhati Principal DPS Global World School Jodhpur and Trilok Singh Bist, Principal DPSG Vasundhara and eminent educationists, while Hasit Sachdev alumni of JMPS was the guest speaker.
Nandan Kuthiala, Aarti Kuthiala, trustees of JMPS, Principal Deep Khare, Vice Principal, and Shefali Sanwal presided over the event, whereas vote of thanks was given by Prabin Singh Sadiwal.
