JAMMU, Oct 13: A meeting of All Migrant Camp Coordination Committee (AMCCC) which was held at Jagti under the chairmanship of Desh Rattan said that the Kashmiri Pandits who are the real victims of Pak sponsored terrorism since last 27 years be rehabilitated on their own terms and conditions in Valley.
The meeting, while commending the surgical strikes launched against Pakistan by Indian Army and termed it a bold stand by Modi Government, said this is not a permanent solution to the problem and Pakistan be taught a lesson once for all as it is the brain behind the mass exodus of Pandits from Kashmir.
It, while commenting on recent statement of RSS chief, Dr Mohan Bhagwat during the Vijay Dashmi celebrations that Pandits are real face of migration who have faced many hardships over the years said that there should be a nationwide debate over the issue as who were the forces responsible for the mass exodus of Pandits and why the impediments are being created by subversives on their return and rehabilitation in Kashmir which is their birth place and being the indigenous people of Kashmir Pandits have a cultural history of over 5000 years in Valley.
The meeting said as the community is not a vote bank hence they are being ignored and political parties who are shirking to talk on behalf of them and their rights which Indian Constitution guarantees to every citizen.
