JAMMU, Jan 5: In the ongoing 18th Christmas Gold Cup Football Tournament 2024-25 at Mini Stadium Parade Ground here today two matches were played.
First match was played between Churchill Brothers and Param FC and it was won by Param FC with a goal margin of 3-0.
First goal was scored by Rohit in 44th minute, 2nd in 47th minute and the 3rd by Fardeen in 54th minute.
In second match, Young Hero FC played against Nagrota FC and Young Hero FC emerged winner by goal margin of 6-1.
The tournament is being organized by All J&K Sports & Culture Welfare Association under the aegis of Football Association.
The chief guest in today’s matches was Sam Paul Gill, Inspector J&K Police and he was accompanied by Elisha Sotra, Sudhgar Mattoo, Moon Stephen, David Burat, Yousaf Don, Romesh Chander, Football Player of international level, Kamaljeet Singh, Rattan Lal and Sebastian.
