JAMMU, Aug 20: To build self-confidence and infuse self-esteem among the students by encouraging them to hold stage before the audience, Paramount Convent School held a ‘Story Telling Competition’ in its School premises, here today.
72 students drawn from the classes of Nursery, LKG, UKG, 1st and 2nd participated in the competition to vie for the top honours.
Nidhi, Dhruv and Swastika got first, second and third place respectively in Nursery, while Prapti, Madhvi and Kritika claimed first three places in LKG respectively.
In UKG, Khushi clinched first place, Manasvani and Risha bagged second prize, while Rangat got the third spot.
In Class 1st, Parth, Pranaya and Sparsh got first three places respectively, while in Class 2nd, Damini bagged first place, Pranay clinched second spot, while the third place was shared by Aryaman and Adhyan.
Principal, Isha Manhas presented appreciation certificates to each participating student on the occasion.
