JAMMU, Mar 17: A delegation of Paravets Staff Association of Animal Husbandary Department of Jammu province led by Sukh Dev Singh and Suresh Pal met with Minister for Animal Husbandry, Nazir Ahmed Khan Gurezi here today and apprised him of their problems.
The delegation demanded regular DPC of all cadres of paravets, clerical staff and class fourth employees, deputation of in-service eligible paravets staff for BVSc & AH trained in service paravets as VAS without PSC.
The delegation demanded SRO 86 regarding release of two and half days salary in favour of paravates staff, fixation of AI and Vaccination targets according to animal population and topography of the area and proper provision of AI instruments like fuel, Gloves, AL Guns, LN2 and Making available HS & BQ vaccine in mixed form as it was made available in 2011.
It also demanded regularization of all trial centres and sanction of AVO post of paravets in each such centre, exemption of paravets from election duty according to order of Election Commissioner of India and provision of separate room in Director for office purposes of Association.
