JAMMU, June 5: Provincial president, J&K National Panthers Party (JKNPP), Rajesh Pargotra took an extensive tour of border areas of Ramgarh and Arnia to take the stock of difficulties and hardships faced by the residents living in villages along the International Border.
The villages which Pargotra toured include Barota Camp, Keso, Kamore, Rangoor Camp, Nanga, Nandpur Camp in Ramgarh Sector and Pindi-Kathad, Kaku de Kothey, Masha de Kothey, Trewa in Arnia sector.
While interacting with the NPP leader in Arnia, local residents strongly expressed their resentment against the State Government’s apathy for not providing any ex-gratia relief to the families and employment to next of kin of the persons killed during Pakistani Army shelling on the intervening night of October 6, 2014 as promised by the BJP MP from Jammu-Poonch, Jugal Kishore Sharma and former Chief Minister, Omar Abdullah.
Likewise in Ramgarh sector, the public showed their grumbling against the dispensation for not providing adequate relief to the flood victims whose land, crops and live stock were washed by the incessant rains of September 2014.
