JAMMU, Sept 9: The Government of India has posted Keshav Kumar Pathak as new Joint Secretary (Kashmir) in the Ministry of Home Affairs.
Pathak is 1990 batch IAS officer of Bihar cadre.
An order to this effect was issued today by the Government of India.
