JAMMU, Aug 29: Patnitop Hill Marathon Group in association with AM Hyundai organised ‘Promo Run’ to encourage people of Jammu for making health and wellness a top priority, here today.
About 80 enthusiastic runners including best runners of Jammu participated in the run.
Promo the run was started at 6am from the AM Hyundai Showroom Channi Himmat and culminated at the starting point after passing through Qasim Nagar, Jammu University back gate, Panama Chowk, Bahu Plaza and Gole Market by covering approximately 11 km distance.
The main purpose of the run is to make people aware about Patnitop Hill Marathon which is scheduled to be organised at Patnitop on September 18 and being sponsored and partner by AM Hyundai Jammu, Skyview Patnitop, Patnitop Development Authority, Jammu Tourism, 95 FM Tadka, Saraswati Jewellers, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi Narayana Super Speciality Hospital, Enerzal, Brooks India, One Earth Hotels and Major Running Groups of Jammu, Punjab and Mumbai namely Jammu Hills Sports Club, Jammu Runners, SMVD Katra Half Marathon, Indian flag Runners, Be Fit Running Academy, JK Randoures , Kathua Distance Runners, Punjab Runners and Karma Fitness.
This is the first major sporting event in Jammu and Kashmir UT wherein runners from all over the India are going to participate.
