Sir,
An employee is engaged by a Government or any institution , firm, co or any body to render services, to sell labour for a consideration. The consideration is payment of wages, salaries or whatever name one gives to it after some periodicity. Usually it is on monthly basis. How crude it looks that there are instances where for months together employees are not paid salaries. Who will sustain their families, take care of their children, attend to their day to day needs? The whole family waits for that First date of the month following to get their bread earner wages or salary for the work done for the gone month but when for months together they are not paid, shall under such scenario crime like corruption, embezzlement, irregularities etc not breed? On the one hand the State Governments in keeping with their election promises, go on recruiting non skilled labour in hundreds while hundreds already in employment get no pay for months because of cash crunch. This state is unique because 82% of state earnings go towards salaries and pension while developmental activities keep suffering. A drastic change in economic and employment policies is needed in the state.
Yours etc…..
