JAMMU, Feb 28: The first Annual function was celebrated by PC Vaid School at Sungal Morh, Akhnoor in which Commandant SK Shastri, 46 Battalion Border Security Force was the chief guest, here today.
He was accompanied by MD Sushil Kumar, Principal Lata Sharma and Vice Principal Vandana Jamwal.
The program started with the lighting of lamps, followed by the children presented colorful cultural programs.
On this occasion, the children were felicitated with medals and certificates by the chief guest.
While speaking on the occasion, chief guest SK Shastri said that the children are the future of our country, at this time the way we lay the foundation of the children, they will be built in the same way.
MD Sushil Kumar said that it will be our effort to provide social education to the children along with good education and urged the family members of the children for the same.
He further requested parents to keep away the mobile from children so that their eyes and mind do not get affected.
