PCSSS celebrates opening ceremony of Diamond Jubilee Year

JAMMU, Apr 25: Presentation Convent Senior Secondary School, Jammu celebrated the opening ceremony of its ‘Diamond Jubilee Year’ with great enthusiasm and fervour, here today.
Puneet Kundal, Director, Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India was the chief guest, while Rt Rev Peter Celestine, Bishop-Diocese of Jammu and Srinagar was the guest of honour.
The occasion also witnessed felicitation of some former students, who have carved a niche for themselves and kept the school flag high.
The programme, ‘There is no greater happiness than to be in union’, was woven around the warp and weft of the vision of the Founder, Nano Nagle. It showcased the culturally rich heritage of this land of Valiant Dogras and how the advent of Congregation of Presentation Sisters became a unifying factor in this diverse milieu.
The Programme was conceived, designed and directed by Balwant Thakur.
The chief guest congratulated the Presentation Family on the completion of 60 glorious years of selfless service and complemented each one for the wonderful showcase.
