SAMBA, Sept 30: A lineman of Power Development Department (PDD) got electrocuted while repairing some electric fault at Phase 1, SIDCO, here today.
As per police sources, lineman of PDD identified as Ranjit Kumar (45), son of Dhanu Ram of Pourni Sumb received electric shock while working at Phase I, SIDCO, this evening.
He was rushed to District Hospital and later referred to Government Medical College and Hospital (GMCH) for advanced treatment.
Police has taken cognizance in this regard.
