KATHUA, Mar 19: The Government attached an Executive Engineer of the Power Development Department (PDD) posted in Kathua district today.
An official spokesman said that action was taken by the Government on the complaint of several MLAs from the district. They alleged that Executive Engineer PDD ( M&RE), Kathua Sawarkar Fatehpuri not attends the meetings and even do not bother about the works recommended by the MLAs. Upon this, the Principal Secretary PDD attached the XEn to the office of Development Commissioner Power at Jammu. SE PDD, Ashwani Gupta has been given the additional charge of district Kathua.
