BISHNAH, Oct 27: Seeking support of the people to set up a new system of justice and equality in Jammu and Kashmir, senior leader of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), Vikramaditya Singh today asked the people to use ballot as mean to change their destiny.
“The coming assembly elections are very crucial for the State of J&K so it is responsibility of every citizen of this State to cast their vote in favour of that party which has a visionary and pro-people agenda”, Vikramaditya Singh said while addressing series of public meetings at Alla, Seora and Pindi Charka areas of Bishnah Assembly segment along with general secretary of the party, Yashpal Sharma, MLC in support of party candidate, F C Bhagat.
Singh said that his party is seeking support of the people to aggressively pursue the agenda of peace, dignity, stability and prosperity for the people of J&K.
Pointing out that policies and programmes of PDP are formulated to address aspirations of all regions and sub-regions of the State, Singh said that PDP had proved how to treat all sections of the society equally by providing equal opportunities of growth and development to all individuals.
“PDP led regime headed by Mufti Mohammad Sayeed had set an example of good governance and carved out a path of equitable development in the State”, he said.
Speaking on the occasion, Yashpal Sharma, MLC reminded the gathering that during its tenure the PDP led regime had proved its ability to change destiny of the common masses by treating all individual equally and by providing equal opportunities of development and growth to all sections of the society.
Party candidate F C Bhagat, Kamal Saini, secretary PDP, Satpal Charak, Chatter Saini, Rajinder Singh Manhas and others also spoke on the occasion.
