Peepal Tree School celebrates 7th Annual Day

JAMMU, Mar 28: Peepal Tree School celebrated its 7th Annual Day on the theme of ‘Save Earth’ at Boys Polytechnic Theatre, Vikram Chowk, here.
Over 100 students participated in the celebration and enthralled the audience with their magnetic performances.
Sudhir Bali, Deputy Secretary Information was the chief guest on the occasion. Bhawna Biloria, Principal, Peepal Tree School, presided over the function.
She highlighted the achievements of the school in both academic and co-curricular activities.
The students displayed a wide array of colourful events and presented the theme ‘Save Earth’.
Kindergarten students performed on ‘Shiv Vandana ‘, ‘ Naa Kato Mujhe (Save Trees) ‘ and ‘ Prem Se Humko Jeene Do ( Save Wildlife)’ and these tiny tots of Peepal Tree Made the audience dance on their moves.
The main highlight of celebration was Punjabi which presented earlier life and modern life and dance performances on ‘Ki Banu Duniya Daa’, ‘Mud Mud Yaad Satandi Pind Diya Galiya Diya’ and Hani Kaarak Bapu.
Students presented Dandiya . Students also performed Western Dance, English Play, Hindi Play, Bhagra and many more performances by Primary classes enthralled the audience.
Chief guest while speaking on the occasion, congratulated the school for making efforts in taking such an enlightening theme for the Annual Function which requires a quick moral action on everybody’s part.
Principal of the school applauded the efforts of the students, teachers and parents for making the celebration a huge success.
