JAMMU, Apr 21: An impressive and glittering closing ceremony of Pegasus MUN 3.0 in collaboration with Rich Harvest School in the school premises was conducted at Rich Harvest School.
The three days mega event was organised by the Rich Harvest Head Boy, Akhileshwar Singh Charak. His hard work, dedication, devotion, communication and leadership skills made the event a grand success.
Head of the Institute Anita Bhatia on behalf of Managing Director Gambhir Dev Singh Charak and Director Ruchi Charak welcomed the chief Guest- Prof. Dr. Ashok Aima Former Vice Chancellor Central University of Jammu (J&K), Presiding Officer Gulchain Singh Charak Chairman Dogra Educational Trust, guest of honour- Additional SSP Surinder Choudhary, Surekha Charak- Chairperson SG Dogra Foundation, Uma Katal – vice chairperson SG Dogra Foundation, Dr. Samar Dev Singh -secretary Dogra Educational Trust and Dr. Bela Thakur – Principal Dogra Degree College.
The students of Rich Harvest captivated the audience with an energetic urban Punjabi Dance and a melodious song. Prof. Aima reflected that events like Pegasus MUN are an excellent platform for preparing much needed future leaders. In IP Committee, Best delegate award went to Purnima Sharma while High Commendation went to Mohd Ali Khan. In the AIPPM Committee, the Best delegate award was bagged by Aayaan Manhas as Owassi and the High Commendation award was grabbed by Jahanvi Singh as Amit Shah of Rich Harvest School. In the UNHRC Committee, The best delegate award went to Delegate from Israel and High Commendation was won by the delegate of Iran. In Lok Sabha Committee, Best delegate prize was won by Suhas Koul as Nitin Gadkari while High Commendation won by Sahadeep Singh as Owaisi , Adarsh of Rich Harvest as Anurag Thakur and Hardhik as Rajnath Singh shared the Special Mention Prize. In the UNCSW Committee, the delegate from Iran won the top prize while High Commendation went to the delegate from the UK.
