INDERWAL, (KISHTWAR), Nov 15: BJP candidate from Inderwal Constituency, Tariq Ken held election meetings at various areas of Sagdi area in Chatru block today.
A large number of people turned up in these meetings and assured full support to BJP in the elections for over all development of this area which has been neglected by successive State Governments.
Mr Ken who was also accompanied by newly appointed BJP incharge of the Constituency Sanjay Parihar addressed meetings at Skadi Bata, Mulchater, Markhal, Shangam , Gugnar etc appealed the people to vote for BJP for overall change in the State and installation of a Government that pays equitable attention for the development of all regions and sub regions of the State.
He said people in this hilly belt have met constant neglect through the hands of the successive State Governments though some veteran national level leaders have also come from this area.
Mr Ken said that under the leadership of Mr Modi J&K will progress leaps and bounds and the bad days for the State which suffered a lot during 25 year long turmoil will end.
He assured the people that if elected he will work for the upliftment of the poor people of his Constituency and development of the area besides removal of unemployment by seeking various Government schemes for the people.
Sanjay Parihar in his address said that under the leadership of Modi a new era of progress and development has started in the State and J&K should not lag behind. He said BJP is a party with difference and it is in this Party only that a man from lower middle class family rose to the post of PM.
Shanti Saroop Bhandari, Chuni Lal Shan, Roshan Lal and others also addressed these meetings.
Later they also addressed public meetings in Chanigam area of village Thana, Dangar Nallah, Singh Pura and Malik Pura where a large number of people from majority community joined the Party and assured full.
