MENDHAR, Feb 24: Residents of Mendhar and adjoining villages held strong protest demonstration against power and water crisis in the area here today.
A large number of people led by Mohd Sharief reached Shahidi Yadgar Mendhar and held strong protest demonstration. They were raising slogans against PDD and PHE Ministers and top officials of the departments. They alleged that people were facing crisis and the local staff is least bothered. They also alleged that people working under MGNREGA are not being paid. They continued their protest for about four hours and later submitted a memorandum to the SDM.
