UDHAMPUR, Sept 20: Demanding electricity, people of villages Upper Gullaban and Lower Meer of Panchari Block, under Chenani Ghordi Assembly constituency, held a protest demonstrated against District administration.
The protesting people, led by Parkash Singh, raised slogans against the District administration and State Government for their failure to provide electricity in their area.
“It is unfortunate that villages Upper Gullaban and Lower Meer are not having the facilities of electricity till date,” he rued and added that people of these hilly areas were living in very difficult conditions without electricity.
