JAMMU, Aug 24: National general secretary of Bahujan Samaj Party and Member Rajya Sabha Narender Kashyap today said that people will vote for change in the J&K State in coming Assembly elections.
Addressing public rally at Nagrota in support of Party candidate, Rakesh Wazir today, Mr Kashyap said that corruption in the State has crossed all the limits and the people are struggling for basic amenities. The public is fed up of the system. They have made up their mind for a change in the coming Assembly elections.
The BSP MP alleged that entire constituency is facing water scarcity and public is crying for adequate electricity supply. The condition of roads is worst and condition of many schools is also not good. This constituency is represented by BJP for the last two terms and even some leaders who are from Congress or NC earlier representing did nothing for the area except lip sympathy. He appealed the people to ensure victory of Rakesh Wazir from BSP so that constituency could get better attention.
Mr Wazir in his address launched scathing attack on NC and Congress leaders for doing nothing for the area and maintained that even BJP leader could not ensure improvement. He asked the people to support BSP for better development of the area.
After public meeting, the gathering moved in the shape of rally/ road show and passed through Main Bazar Nagrota, Jagti, Panjgrain, Suketar, Domail. Dansal, Kahpota, Jindra, Manwal, Mansar and Saruinsar and it finally culminated at Sidhra.
State Coordinator of the party, Gurnam Choudhary, State BSP president Tulsi Dass Langeh and vice president R L Chadgotra also accompanied.
